HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11281995 - C77 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on November 28, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers , Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: None SUBJECT: AUTHORIZING COUNTY MEASURE ARGUMENTS A number of County-wide measures and local area County measures (including advisory measures) may appear on the March 26, 1996 election ballot. Members of the Board are interested in participating with the submittal of arguments concerning such County measures. Pursuant to Elections Code section 3783, any member or members of this Board are Hereby Authorized to file written arguments for or against any County measure (County-wide, local or advisory) appearing on the March 26, 1996 ballot and such authorization is Hereby Given for any such arguments now filed. I hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
