Adopted this Resolution on October 24, 1995 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop

SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, .
Subdivision 7601, Alamo Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
7601 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Highland Builders, Inc.
heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of September 19, 1995 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens
in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Falcon View Court the hereinafter described road, as
shown and dedicated for public use on the Final map of Subdivision 7601 filed July 13, 1994,in
Book 374 of Maps at page 8, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, is
ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the widening of Livorna Road and Miranda Avenue,
is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a County Road; the right of way was conveyed by
separate instrument, recorded on July 13, 1994, in Volume 374 of Official Records on page 8.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is VY
hereby established, and the$8,200 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 226946, dated June
11, 1993) made by Highland Builders, Inc. be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the �p
requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code. Q�
