RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Director, Office on Aging, or his designee, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Family& Community Services for office space located at 402 Harbour Way, Richmond, CA for the term July 1, 1995 through June 30, 1996. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds are budgeted in the existing Office on Aging Department budget. III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONBACKGROUND: The Office on Aging's Information and Referral (I&R) program reserves space at 402 Harbour Way in Richmond to ensure easy access to I&R services for the elderly, and to provide an outstation for I&R staff to provide outreach into the community. Outreach into the community is a vital role in the provision of Information and Referral services.
