SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action:
A. ACCEPT the offer of dedication from Oak Crest Oakley, L.P., a California Limited Partnership
pursuant to Subdivision 6927 filed October 21, 1994 in Book 376 of Maps at Page 14.
B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Offerof Dedication recorded
in the office of the County Recorder.
II. Financiallmpact:
No costs involved.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The offer of dedication was obtained for development of plans to provide a landscape irrigation
facility for Landscape District Zone 23.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
Negative action would require the County to purchase the already dedicated right of way.

Irrigation Purposes
OFFER OF DEDICATION
(Partnership)
Oak Crest - Oakley, L.P., a California Limited Partnership, the undersigned, being the
present title owner of record of the herein described parcel of land, does hereby make an
irrevocable offer of dedication to CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the
State of California, and its successors or assigns, of an easement for Landscape Irrigation
Facility purposes, including construction, access or maintenance of works, improvements
and structures, whether covered or open, or the clearing of obstructions and vegetation,
upon the real property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California,
described in Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto.
It is understood and agreed that CONTRA COSTA COUNTY and its successors or assigns
shall incur no liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any
responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein, until
such offer has been accepted by appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors, or of the
local governing bodies of its successors or assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon heirs, successors,
assigns, and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, these presents have executed this instrument this day of

All that real property situate in the unincorporated portion of the County of Contra Costa, State
of California, described as follows:
A portion of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
31, Township 2 North, Range 3 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, further described as
follows:
A portion of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Subdivision 6927 filed October 21, 1994 in Book 376 of Maps
at Page 14, described as follows:
The southerly 10.00 feet of said Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 (376 M 14), width measured perpendicular
to the south property line of said Lots (376 M 14). The North line of said real property shall be
shortened or lengthened as necessary to terminate at the west and east property lines of said Lot 5
and Lot 1 respectively.
