THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ' Adopted this Resolution on October 3, 1995, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson, Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 95149 5 (S 8r H § 8355) Subject: Exchange of County Surplus Real Property North Richmond Area Project No. 0662-6R4237 Pittsburg Avenue Extension Project The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On July 11, 1995, the Board adopted Resolution No. 95/307 which vacated a portion of 3rd Street located in North Richmond. This Board hereby DETERMINES that said land, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, was previously subject to a street, highway or public service easement, and is no longer needed by the public. By this Resolution, said land is being exchanged for adjacent property of equal value required for the Pittsburg Avenue Extension project. Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8355, the Board hereby APPROVES the exchange of real property between Contra.Costa County and West County Resource Recovery, Inc., ACCEPTS the Grant Deed dated August 31, 1995, from West County Resource Recovery, Inc., and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the County Recorder for recording. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed to West County Resource Recovery, Inc. on behalf of the County and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the Grantee for recording.
