'1-II. Financial Impact:
$750.00 from the Tree Trimming Fund - General Maintenance.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
Mr. Ronald W. Hopkins, Jr. owned property at 3161 Gloria Terrace, Lafayette, adjacent to County
public road right of way. He claims that the trimming and trees and debris he removed were on
County right of way. In consideration of$750 as compensation for costs incurred for the trimming,
tree removal and debris removal, Mr. Hopkins waives all further claims against the County.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
The County will be exposed to potentially greater losses.
