Rogers, Smith, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Bishop NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 95/ 24 (Government Code § 25526.6) SUBJECT: Conveyance of Easement to the State of California Former Southern Pacific Right of Way, Parcel Fifty Project No. W.O. 5575 Danville Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain real property by deed recorded on December 30, 1986, in Book 13352 at page 315, in Danville, for public transit and utility uses. The State of California has requested an easement over a portion of said property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for access for repair and maintenance of the 1-680 overpass at Laurel Drive. This Board FINDS that the conveyance of such easement is in the public interest and will not substantially conflict or interfere with the County's use of the property. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of an easement to the State of California, over the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.6 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHO- RIZED to execute an Easement Deed on behalf of the County in consideration for the payment received in full in the amount of$500. The Board also AUTHORIZES the Public Works Director to execute the Right of Way Contract on behalf of the County.
