I. Recommended Action:
A. ACCEPT Grant of Easement dated November 30, 1994 from Charlotte Wood Developers,
L.P. a California Limited Partnership.
B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant of Easement
recorded in the office of the County Recorder.

THIS INDENTURE,made by and between CHARM= WOOD DEVELOPERS, , hereinafter called the GRANTOR,
and CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, a political
subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter called the GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH:
That the GRANTOR,for value received, hereby grants to the GRANTEE, a perpetual easement and right of way
for the purposes of ingress and egress and incidents thereto, upon, over, and across that certain real property
in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, described as follows:

ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF.
The easement herein granted shall include the right by said GRANTEE, its officers, agents and employees, and
by persons under-contract with it and their employees whenever and wherever necessary for flood control
purposes,to enter upon said land with personnel, vehicles and equipment, to remove all trees, vegetation and
structures thereon that interfere with the purpose for which the easement herein is granted.

successors and assigns forever.

Access Easement over Parcel W of Subdivision 7888
to be Conveyed to
Contra Costa County Flood Control & Water Conservation District
All that certain real property situate in the Town of Danville, Contra Costa County,
State of California being a portion of Parcel W as shown on the map of Subdivision
7888 filed September 7, 1994 in Book 375 of maps at pages 27 thru 34, Contra Costa
County records, more particularly described as follows:
Being a roadway easement for ingress and egress purposes and incidents thereto,
upon, over and across the following described parcel of land:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Parcel W; thence along the northerly
line of Parcel W, South 72°56'53" East 36.91 feet; South 74°05'13" East 52.04 feet to the
northeasterly corner of said Parcel W; thence entering said parcel the following
courses: South 87018'48" West 21.95 feet, North 74°05'13" West 31.37 feet, North
72°56'53" West 12.84 feet; thence North 56°4357" West 25.08 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Containing 466 square feet more or less.
Bearings are based on the California Coordinate System Zone III (CCS27).
