Because of continued congestion on 680, this road is heavily travelled during commute hours. In the evening, it is pitch dark and very unsafe when one drives through this stretch. Pedestrians are at risk during this time and also the security of the neighborhood is highly jeopardized and vulnerable to crime. Aesthetics aside, our hard earned tax dollars ought to be spent on such improvements rather than nonessential programs. Thank you all for your intelligent consideration. Happy Holidays.
