SUBJECT: LEASE - 2099-D ARNOLD INDUSTRIAL WAY, CONCORD, CALIFORNI
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDATION
APPROVE a Lease, commencing February 15, 1995 with the Contra
Costa Conflict Resolution Panels to lease out a portion of the
premises at 2099-D Arnold Industrial Way, Concord, under the
terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Executive Director of the Housing
Authority of Contra Costa County to EXECUTE said Lease on
behalf of the Housing Authority of Contra Costa County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Lease will provide income for the Housing Authority of
Contra Costa County.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide income from the lease-out of office space as requested
by the Housing Authority of Contra Costa County.
