A. ACCEPT Grant Deed dated December 19, 1994, from Stamm Theaters, Inc., et. al.
B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have the above referenced Grant Deed recorded in the
office of the County Recorder.

Beginning at the most northern corner of PARCEL 6, Subdivision MS 1-92 filed:SeptEm,ber.29, 1992 it
Book 159 of Parcel Maps at page 43; thence from the Point of Beginning,along the boundary of said
PARCEL 6, south 78049'08" east 88.06 feet and south 10°17'06"west 358.00 feet; thence leaving said
boundary, north 7800417"west 394.23 feet, to the northwest line of said PARCEL 6; thence along said
northwest line, north 51 036'23" east 463.46 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
