SUBJECT: Development Agreement Between the County of Contra
Costa and Stonecastle II Relative to Property Known As
Stonecastle (County File DA 121-94) , Alamo Area.
This is the time heretofore noticed by the Clerk of the
Board of Supervisors for hearing on the request for approval for
a Development Agreement between the County of Contra Costa and
Stonecastle II, a California Limited Partnership relative to
property known as Stonecastle as being consistent with the County
General Plan and its entitlements (County File DA 121-94) Alamo
area.
IT IS ,BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the hearing on the above
matter is BY
