SUBJECT: LEASE 659 MAIN STREET, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I . RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE a Lease commencing February 22,
1995, for the premises at 659 Main Street, Martinez, for
occupancy by the Public Defender's Office, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease, and
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said
Lease on behalf of the County.
II . FINANCIAL IMPACT: Payments required are to come from the
budget of the Public Defender.
III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: Provide office space
as requested by the Public Defender' s Office.
