The following substitute security for the one year warranty period on the landscape improvements as required by Title 9 and provided for the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the County Ordinance Code was presented for Board approval this date: Security with North State Development as principal in the form of a corporate surety bond (Bond No. 3SM 79908900) dated September 17, 1993, and issued by American Motorists Insurance Company in the amount of$9900 for faithful performance and $5000 for labor and materials. The rider in the amount of$1385 for faithful performance and shall be effective until the one year warranty period expires on January 10, 1996.
