I have a video tape of that decision and you have omitted some import- ant parts of that decision. For instance: 1 . "ASK THE CLERK OF THE BOARD TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILLING THAT SPOT WITH ANY AND ALL COMERS" 2 . "MOVE AWAY FROM ONLY HAVING THE COUNCIL OF CHURCHES SELECT--BUT WE ALSO INCLUDE THE COUNCIL OF CHURCHES" The decision did not say as you claim in the letter sent me that the Clerk of the Board be responsible for securing the continued participation of the Council of Churches--what it said was "MOVE AWAY FROM ONLY HAVING THE COUNCIL OF CHURCHES SELECT" . Several individuals and organizations that I am in contact with expect to see Wiccans extended the same honor that you bestow on other religious groups and they look forward to seeing the Wiccans ' appearance at the Board of Supervisors ' Meeting in that honored spot .
