THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
DATE: December 19, 1995 MATTER OF RECORD

SUBJECT: CLOSED SESSION
The Board convened at 12 p.m. in Closed Session in Room 105
of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez,
California, in accordance with the parameters as set forth on the
attached announcement.
At 1 p.m. the Board convened in its Chambers. The Chair
announced that in Closed Session this day the Board in the case
of Taylor v. Contra Costa County agreed to enter a stipulated
judgment on the pleadings and to take that up on appeal.
Supervisors Rogers, DeSaulnier, and Bishop voted yes; Supervisors
Smith and Torlakson were absent. There were no "no" votes cast.
The Board then proceeded with the regular agenda.
