SUBJECT: LEASE - 150C ALAMO PLAZA, ALAMO
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)8 BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Lease commencing February 1, 1996, with Rreef USA Fund III One, Inc., for the
premises at 150C Alamo Plaza, Alamo, California, under the terms and conditions more particularly
set forth in said Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease
on behalf of the County.
DETERMINE that the above project is a Class 1 Categorical Exemption under the California
Environmental Quality Act.
DIRECT the Community Development Department to FILE a Notice of Exemption with the County
Clerk.
II, FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are in the budget of the General Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS / BACKGROUND
The present Sheriff's substation lease is being terminated by the Lessor. This Lease will provide
space as requested by the Sheriff-Coroner.
