The PIC recommends the appointment of Ms. Thimon, Store Manager, Payless Drug Store, to a Business Category vacancy; the term ending is 9/30/96. Ms. Thimon is familiar with programs operated by the PIC; her appointment would add additional representation to the PIC from large business. The PIC recommends the appointment of Ms. Atkinson, CEO, YCWA of Contra Costa County, to the Community Based Organization vacancy; the term ending is 9/30/97. Ms. Atkinson has wide exposure in the county and has the highest position in the agency at which she Is employed.
