After the Summary of the December 19, 1995, board meeting was printed and
distributed, it was ascertained that Item C.106 should have been deleted.
Therefore, no board order was prepared or available to board members, county staff,
or the press.
Therefore, this item is deemed deleted from the agenda.

IN THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
The Finanee-Committee reviewed the above referenced issue and deferred action until it's
December 18 meeting. Therefore, a report will not be prepared until Monday afternoon or
Tuesday morning.
A four-fifths vote will be required to take this issue up on December 19 pursuant to the Better
Government ordinance.
