Financial Impact: Payment totalling $11,091.50 from the Economic Development Activity Funds. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background: The Claimants owned a dwelling from which they are being displaced because of an assemblage project. The payment is part of the relocation entitlement required by Government Code § 7260, et. seq. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: Agency will not be in compliance with state and federal law.
