B. AUTHORIZE the Executive Director, or his designee, to execute said claim form on behalf
of the Agency.
C. AUTHORIZEthe Auditor-Controller to issue a check in said amount payable to the listed
payee, to be forwarded to the Real Property Division for delivery.
II. Financial Impact:
Payment totalling $11,091.50 from the Economic Development Activity Funds.
III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background:
The Claimants owned a dwelling from which they are being displaced because of an assemblage
project. The payment is part of the relocation entitlement required by Government Code § 7260,
et. seq.
IV. Consequences of Negative Action:
Agency will not be in compliance with state and federal law.
