SUBJECT: LEASE RENEWAL - 850 JONES STREET, MARTINEZ
SPECIFIC REQUESTS OR RECOMMENDATION(S)8 BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE a Lease, commencing September 1, 1995, with the
Martinez Unified School District for the premises at 850 Jones Street, Martinez, for use by the
Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said
Lease, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE said Lease, on behalf of
the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: The payments required are to come from the budget of the Community
Services Department.
III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONSMACKGROUND: This Lease Renewal will provide
space for continued operation of the State preschool program in Martinez, as requested by the
Community Services Department.
