BACKGROUND: Ms. Audrey Rice Oliver has advised staff;that she is unable to continue serving on the Advisory Council on Equal Employment Opportunities. We are, therefore, recommending that her resignation be accepted and be referred to the Internal Operations Committee so the seat can be filled.
