HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11011994 - 1.8 �-8 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on November 1, 1994 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Granting Permission to Completely Close a portion of Waterfront Road, in the Martinez Area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that permission is granted to Santa Fe Pacific Pipeline Partner, L.P. to completely close except for emergency traffic Waterfront Road between Waterbird Way and Solano Way on November 2, 1994 for the period of 9:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of an emergency response drill subject to the following conditions: 1. Traffic will be detoured via Solano Way. 2. All signing to be in accordance with the State of California Manual of Traffic Controls. 3. The Santa Fe Pacific Pipelines, Inc. shall comply with the requirements of the Ordinance Code of Contra Costa County. 4. Have on file with the County a Certificate of Insurance in the amount of$500,000 for Comprehensive General Public Liability which names the County as an additional insured. hereby certify that this is a true and correctcopyof an action taken and entered on the minutes of the ATTESTED.
