Adopted this Resolution on November 1, 1994 by the following vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 94/538
SUBJECT: Completion of-Improvements, Subdivision MS 160-90, Brentwood Area.
The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision
MS 160-90 have been completed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
as of November 1, 1994 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens
in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

November 1, 1994 $2,850 Labor & Materials Cash Bond
Deposit Permits 242269 and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $2850 cash security for labor and materials
(Auditor's Deposit Permit Nos. 242269 and 251493, dated April 20, 1994 and October 20, 1994)
deposited by Gerald and Wanda Stein be RETAINED for the six-month lien guarantee period
until May 1, 1994, at which time the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the cash
security less the amount of any claims on file.
