REVENUE LEASE - 1515 MARKET AVENUE, SAN PABLO
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I . RECOMMENDED ACTION
APPROVE a Revenue Lease, commencing July 1, 1992, with
Phoenix Programs Incorporated for the premises at 1515
Market Avenue, San Pablo, for continued occupancy by
the Phoenix Programs, under the terms and conditions
more particularly set forth in said Lease, and
AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to EXECUTE
said Lease on behalf of the County.
II . FINANCIAL IMPACT
This Lease will provide revenue to the County from a
building that is not presently needed by the County.
III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND
Provide office space as required by the Health Services
Department for continued operation of a homeless
service center by Phoenix Programs Incorporated.
