Contra Costa County Return to: Public Works Department Records Section THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on October 25, 1994 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Smith, Bishop, DeSaulnier, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None RESOLUTION NO. 94/519 SUBJECT: Completion of Improvements, and Declaring Certain Roads as County Roads, Subdivision 7808, Oakley Area. The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7808 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Morrison Homes,a Division of George Wimpey, Inc. heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED as of October 25, 1994 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY January 4, 1994 Seaboard Surety Co. Bond. No. 253341-93 $317,700 Performance $160,500 Labor & Materials BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Canopy Lane, Garden Court and Springbrook Court the hereinafter described roads,as shown and dedicated for public use on the Final map of Subdivision 7808 filed January 11, 1994, in Book 370 of Maps at page 18, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby established as October 25, 1994, and the$3200 cash deposit(Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 235921, dated December 16, 1993) made by Morrison Homes, a division of George Wimpey, Inc. be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
