RECOMMENDED ACTION: APPROVE a Lease Amendment, commencing September 21, 1994, with the Richmond Townhouses Apartments Ltd. for the premises at 2999 Pullman Avenue, Richmond, for continued occupancy by the Community Services Department, under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in said Lease Amendment, and AUTHORIZE the Director of General , Services to EXECUTE said Lease Amendment, on behalf of the ;} County. II . FINANCIAL IMPACT: Payments required are to come from the State of California. III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS/BACKGROUND: This Lease Amendment will provide space for continued operation of the Carlson Children' s Center by the Community Services Department under the Child Development Program approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 22, 1993 ( Item 1 . 78) .
