The Public Works Director has notified this Board that use of this area is needed for construction of public improvements assured under the bonded subdivision agreement for Subdivision 6927. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the widening of Creekside Way, which is needed at this time, is ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a county road; this is a portion of the dedicated right of way, as described on Exhibits A and B, which was conveyed by separate instrument, recorded on December 5, 1979, in Book 83 of Parcel Maps at page 8, Official Records of Contra Costa county, State of California.
