"ervisors-,has been forwarded to us for response. We have responded and yourwilFreceive correspondence from them soon. In the meantime, I wanted you to know that your charges in escrow appear proper to us. You have paid the buyers prorated share,of the prior owner's supplemental assessment as well,as a small prorated share of the regular tax first installment. The supplemental assessment based on your purchase date and amount has not yet been levied. When it is you will probably receive money back. This will depend on the difference in value between the new value when you purchased the property and the prior assessment. You will receive a notice from us with the values indicated. Later you will receive information from the Tax Collector regarding any refund. Don't forget to pay your second installment of regular taxes by April 10, 1994. In the future you are invited to call or write us about tax problems before writing the Board of Supervisors as it is faster and there is'`,less paperwork involved. Very truly yours, DONALD A.
