The Public Works Director has notified this Board that the improvements in Subdivision 7368 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Hillside Park Partners heretofore approved by this Board in conjunction with the filing of the Subdivision Map. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been' COMPLETED as of January 18, 1994 thereby establishing the six-month terminal period for the filing of liens in.case of action under said Subdivision Agreement: DATE OF AGREEMENT SURETY June 8, 1992 Developers Insurance Company Bond No. 133141 S $471,200 Faithful Performance $238,000 Labor and Materials BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Trenton Street,Kenton Court,Carrington Drive the hereinafter described roads, as shown and dedicated for public use on the final map of Subdivision-7368 filed June 21, 1993, in Book 366 of Maps at page 29, Official Records of Contra Costa County, State of California, are ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be County Roads. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the beginning of the one year warranty period is hereby established, and the $4,800 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 225537, dated May 14, 1993) made by California Homes be RETAINED for one year pursuant to the requirements of Section 94-4.406 of the Ordinance Code.
