BACKGROUND: At our meeting on January 3, 1994, we reviewed all remaining referrals which have been made to the Committee this year, but which are not ready to be reported to our Committee for action. In some cases, there is really nothing further for our Committee to do on the item and we are, therefore, recommending that it simply be reported back to the Board of Supervisor's without further action. In other cases, the referral is still appropriate, and so we are recommending that the item be referred to the 1994 Internal Operations Committee. Approval of these recommendations will remove from the 1993 Internal Operations !Committee all items which have been referred to our Committee. cc: County Administrator Val Alexeeff, Director Growth Management and Economic Development Agency Harvey Bragdon, Community Development Director Chuck Zahn, Community Development Department Jim Kennedy, Deputy Redevelopment Director, CDD Victor J.
