Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Conveyance or Exchange of Surplus Real Property Drainage Area 56 Project No. 7566-TX8490 Southeast Antioch Area The Board of Supervisors as the governing body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District acquired certain real property for the Lindsey Basin in southeast Antioch, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer necessary for flood control purposes and is required by Contra Costa County for the future East County Government Center. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the sale of said property to Contra Costa County, pursuant to Government Code Section 25365 and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the District in consideration for the payment received in full in the amount of$425,700.00, the estimated fair market value of the property.
