III. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND:
The project includes installing approximately 2,000 feet of 60" and 72" storm drain pipe and
appurtenances.
It is needed to provide the storm drain capacity needed for a 10-year storm.
The project has been determined to be in compliance with the General Plan. A Negative
Declaration of environmental significant pertaining to this project was published November 15,
1993 with no protest, and the Board has considered the negative declaration with all comments
received during the public review period.
IV. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Delay in approving the project will delay completion of the project design.
