Dear Board:of Supervisors,
We are.greatly concerned regarding the intended action to'rezone our land (APH#010-
120.002)`as a part of theexclusive agricultural:district(A40) zone.
The:Evangehcal:Pree,Church of Brentwood purchased this land on 8-24-88 for the
precise'purpose`of constructing a church facility. It wasa,condition of purchase that a
.. use:permit would be 'issued by the county to us for construction of a church on the
property: :A`land use permit was in fact pursued.";and`grarited on May 31 1990 (REF:.

experienced a significant decline in membership with,subsequent decline in income.

all lots within that=area are non,-conforming. It was also noticed in the Assessor's map '
book10; page 1.9; that lot#06 does have a.church which:has been built ori a parcel size.
