Code § 25365) SUBJECT: Conveyance of County Owned Excess Real Property to the City of Orinda Camino Pablo Improvements Project No. 4500-6X3060 Orinda Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on January 11, 1994, passed Resolution No. 94/16 and Notice fixing February 1, 1994, at 9:00 a.m., in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate the conveyance of the real property described therein to the City of Orinda; said Notice was duly published in the Contra Costa Times. This Board, by the aforesaid Resolution, found that said property is no longer required for.present or future County use. This Board hereby APPROVES the conveyance of the property located on Camino Pablo, to the City of Orinda. The Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the City of Orinda on behalf of the County, and DIRECTS the Real Property Division to cause its delivery to the City Clerk for acceptance and recording.
