At 10: 10 a.m. the Board recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez. At 11: 00 a.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. At 1: 30 p.m. the Board again recessed into closed session in Room 105 of the County Administration Building. At 2 : 00 p.m. the Board reconvened and continued with the regular agenda. CLOSED .SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT - February 1 , 1994 Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors in all of its capacities ) A-1 . This Board will hold a closed session with its designated representatives concerning employee salaries and compensation and to consider employee appointment, employment, evaluation of performance, or dismissal . B-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending litigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision: (b) Significant exposure to litigation. (c ) Decided or deciding to initiate litigation. C-1 . This Board will hold a closed session concerning pending olitigation pursuant to Government Code § 54956 . 9 , subdivision: (a ) Litigation initiated formally. The titles of the litigation are: 1 . Dist . et al . df10(1):feci.ann Victor Westman: Mr. Chairman, yeah last week on your agenda was an item 2 . 5 to approve some County employee MOUS and we've been advised by the Personnel Department that no MOUS are ready and were ready on that date and would you just enter for the record today that that item is in effect a nullity and when further negotiations are concluded and MOUS are before you, they will be brought forward.
