P-300 #16251 requests that the LIS budget unit and the two positions in that unit be transferred to the Building Inspection Department. Building Inspection will provide administrative direction and GEMEDA will provide operations direction. This change reflects actual operational practice as the two positions are physically located in Building Inspection spaces and work most closely with that department. The two positions affected are the Land Information Systems Director (Wick Smith) and a Department Systems Specialist II (Al Harvey). There is no cost associated with this action. COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR - RISK MANAGEMENT P-300 #16246 Increase hours of Employee Rehabilitation Counselor position #03-263 at salary, level C5-2030 ($3457-4203) from 20/40 to 26/40. P-300 #1.6246 from Risk Management requests that one of their two part-time Employee Rehabilitation Counselor positions be increased from 20/40 to 26/40. This action is being taken to compensate for the other 20/40 position being vacsQbsts of these positions are paid for from the Workers Compensation Trust Funde original request from Risk Management requested that the vacant position be decreased from 20/40 to 14/40. Staff convinced Sondra Rothwell in the CAD's Office to drop the reduction part as it would require another P-300 if the positions were ever to be filled. Joe Tonda in Risk Management agreed. The reduction was apparently added to the P-300 by Sondra.
