Code § 25526.5) SUBJECT: Conveyance of Surplus Property Miscellaneous Temporary Construction Easements Project No. W/O 8240 DA 29C and 29H Oakley Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, RESOLVES THAT: The District acquired certain temporary real property rights from the grantees listed 'herein, or their predecessors in, title, in conjunciton with Drainage Area 29C and 29H construction projects in the Oakely area. Said temporary construction easements, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, are DETERMINED to be surplus and are no longer necessary for District or other public purposes, and their estimated value does not exceed $10,000.00. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said property rights to the herinafter listed grantees, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5, and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute quitclaim deeds on behalf of the District to the following grantees: 1) Curtis H. and Dotty F.
