CLERK BOP.RD OF SyptRV1SORS
CONTRA COSTA CO.
Dear Mr. Powers,
As one whose agency is represented by the Central
Contra Costa Sanitary District, I support the position
stated in the December 14, 1994 letter to you from Gene Wolf
of the Central. Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority.
All public agencies in Contra Costa County must work
together to seek the best possible service and rate
structure for the residents and other users of solid waste
collectors. I hope that the Board can continue this item
until such time that a better understanding of the issues
can be fostered between agencies. Franchises will not
expire until 1996. In this way we can cooperatively pursue
the best course of action for all rate payers.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Robert F. D. Adams
