FISCAL IMPACT As consideration for the title transfer, the Agency has agreed to accept responsibility for the maintenance of the property. . This cost is expected to be offset by revenues received from use of the property. BACKGROUND/REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The property was purchased by the County with Community Development Block Grant funds in 1977, and has operated a community center under the auspices of the Carquinez Coalition. The Carquinez Coalition no longer exists as an entity; the Agency will take over the maintenance of the property.
