SUBJECT: THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE FOR PUBLIC DEFENDER
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I . RECOMMENDATION
APPROVE a Third Amendment to Lease, commencing November 7,
1994 with Wilfrid F. Holden and Ruth A. Holden for the
premises at 3707 Bissell Avenue, Richmond, for continued
occupancy by the Public Defender, under the terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said Third Amendment
to Lease, and. AUTHORIZE the Director of General Services to
EXECUTE said Third Amendment to Lease on behalf of the County.
II. FINANCIAL IMPACT
Payments required are to come from the budget of the General
Services Department.
III . REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION/BACKGROUND
Provide for continued use of existing space and additional
office space as requested by the Public Defender.
