The Women' s Advisory Committee has 25 members, five of whom are
nominated by individual Board members and 20 of whom are nominated
by the Internal Operations Committee.
There are currently eight vacant at-large seats on the Women' s
Advisory Committee. The vacant seats are at-large seats #4, # 8,
#10, # 12, #15, °#17 , #18 and #20 . The Advisory Committee has
recruited, screened, interviewed and is recommending the
appointment of the individuals whose applications are attached to
six of these vacancies . Our Committee invited all six individuals
to meet with us on November 14, 1994 . Five of the six applicants
were able to make the interview. We were impressed with the
background, interests and commitment of all five applicants and
are, therefore, 'recommending that they all be appointed to the
Women' s Advisory Committee as is outlined above.
