RELINQUISHMENT OF ABUTTER'S RIGHTS

relinquishes to Contra Costa County, State of California, the abutter's rights of access to
Camino Diablo as described in Exhibit A
(written description) and shown on Exhibit B (plat map) attached hereto.
The 'provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs,
successors, assigns, and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that real property situate in the unincorporated area of the County of Contra Costa, State of
California, described as follows:
REACH ONE: (Relinquishment of Abutter's Rights of Access)
The Grantor hereby releases and relinquishes any and all abutter's rights of access appurtenant to
Camino Diablo over a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 3
East,Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, along the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said Section 7 which bears North 89°32'56" West,
1466.58 feet along said north line from the section corner common to Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8, said
Township and Range, also being the most northerly point on the northerly right of way line of
that certain strip of land 55 feet in width described as PARCEL A in the Grant Deed to Contra
Costa County, filed July 23, 1970, in Book 6177 of Official Records, at Page 617; thence from
said point of beginning,along said northerly right of way line the following four courses: South
41°39'26" East, 1238.60 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the northeast having a radius
of 2895.00 feet; thence southeasterly 579.80 feet along said curve through a central angle of
11°28'00";thence South 53°07'56" East, 6.75 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
northeast having a radius of 1245.00 feet;thence southeasterly 240.49 feet along said curve
through a central angle of 11'04'03" to a point on the east line of said Northeast 1/4 of Section 7;
said point bears South 00016'09" West, 1434.62 feet along said east line from said common
corner to Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8.
REACH TWO: (Relinquishment of Abutter's Rights of Access)
The Grantor hereby releases and relinquishes any and all abutter's rights of access appurtenant to
Camino Diablo over a portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 8,Township 1 South , Range 3
East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian,along the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said Section 8 which bears South 0016'09" West,
1434.62 feet along said west line from the section corner common to Sections 5, 65 7, and 8, said
Township and Range,said point also being a point on the northerly right of way line of that
certain strip of land 110.00 feet in width described as PARCEL B in the Grant Deed to Contra
Costa County, filed July 23, 1970, in Book 6177 of Official Records, at Page 617, said point also
being the beginning of a curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 1245.00 feet and to
which point a radial line bears South 25°48'01" West; thence southeasterly 144.04 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 6°37'44";thence South 70°4943" East, 977.71 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave to the north having a radius of 695.00 feet; thence southeasterly,
easterly, and northeasterly 902.96 feet along last said curve through a central angle of 74°26'23"
to POINT A; thence continuing northeasterly 10.77 feet along last said curve through a central
angle 0°53'16"; thence North 33°50'38" East, 105.24 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to
the southeast having a radius of 855.00 feet; thence northeasterly 476.68 feet along last said
curve through a central angle of 31°5636"; thence North 65°47'14" East, 204.32 feet to POINT
B; thence North 6547'14" East, 206 feet to a point on the east line of said Northwest 1/4 of
Section 8.
REACH THREE: (Relinquishment of Abutter's Rights of Access)
The Grantor hereby releases and relinquishes any and all abutter's rights of access appurtenant to
Camino Diablo over a portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 8,Township 1 South, Range 3
East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, along the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said Section 8 which bears South 00'16'09" West,
1555.42 feet along said west line from the section corner common to Sections 5, 6, 7,and 8, said
Township and Range, said point also being a point on the southerly right of way line of that
certain strip of land 110.00 feet in width described as PARCEL B in the Grant Deed to Contra.
Costa County, filed July 23, 1970, in Book 6177 of Official Records, at Page 617, said point also
being the beginning of a curve concave to the northeast having a radius of 1355.00 feet and to
which point a radial line bears South 23°35'54" West; thence southeasterly 104.69 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 4°25'37"; thence South 7004943" East, 977.71 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave to the north having a radius of 805.00 feet;thence southeasterly,
easterly, and northeasterly 692.84 feet along last said curve through a central angle of 49°18'46"
to POINT C;thence continuing northeasterly 332.63 feet along last said curve through a central
angle 23°40'29" to POINT D; thence continuing northeasterly 32.88 feet along last said curve
through a central angle 2°20'24"; thence North 33050'38" East, 105.24 feet to the beginning of a
curve concave to the southeast having a radius of 745.00 feet; thence northeasterly 415.35 feet
along last said curve through a central angle of 31°56'36"; thence North 65°47'14" East, 249.36
feet to POINT E;thence North 65'47'14" East, 116 feet to a point on the east line of said
Northwest 1/4 of Section 8.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
Signatures required on documents must comply with the following to be acceptable to Contra Costa County.
I. FOR ALL SIGNATURES -The name and interest of the signer should be typed or printed in the space provided.
The name must be signed exactly as it is typed or printed.
11. SIGNATURES FOR INDIVIDUALS-The name must be signed exactly as it is printed or typed. The signer's
interest in the property must be stated.
III. SIGNATURES FOR PARTNERSHIPS-Signing party must be either a general partner or be authorized in writing
to have the authority to sign for and bind the partnership.
IV. SIGNATURES FOR CORPORATIONS
Documents should be signed by two officers,one from each of the following two groups:
GROUP 1. (a)The Chair of the Board GROUP 2. (a)The Secretary
(b)The President (b)An Assistant Secretary
(c)Any Vice-President / (c)The Chief Financial Officer
(d)The Assistant Treasurer
