RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Director of County Health Services Department or his designee, Wendel Brunner, M.D. , to hold harmless and indemnify Mt Diablo Unified School District indefinitely for use of their premises known as Cambridge School by the Public Health Division Immunization Assistance Program for administering vaccines to school children. and the public. II. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None III. REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION: The Public Health Division of the County Health Services Department will administer vaccines to school children and the public at the Mt. Diablo Unified School District facility known as Cambridge School, located at 1135 Lacey Lane, Concord, California.
