Adopted this Resolution on November 2, 1993, by at least a four-fifths vote as
follows:

SUBJECT: Authorize Execution of Quitclaim Deed to
Contra Costa County
Drainage Areas 29C, 29D, 29H, and 29J
W.O. 8240 - Title Transfer
Oakley Area
The Board of Supervisors, as the Governing Body of the Contra Costa County
Flood Control and Water Conservation District, RESOLVES THAT:
The District has acquired for the benefit of Drainage Areas 29C, 29D, 29H
and 29J certain real property interests described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof. Construction of the drainage facilities within the areas
described in Exhibit "A" has been completed. Title to said areas is to be
transferred to the County; the maintenance of the facilities will become the
responsibility of the countywide drainage maintenance budget.
This Board hereby DETERMINES that said real property interests are not
required for District use, and pursuant to Government Code Section 25365, this
Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the conveyance of said interests to
Contra Costa County. This Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a
quitclaim deed to the County on behalf of the District.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the quitclaim deed to be
delivered to the grantee for acceptance and recording.
