Micciche of Sacramento as Director of the Department of Economic Opportunity. He replaces Robert R. Martinez . His term will end at the pleasure of the Governor and compensation will be $83, 868 . Michael J. Micciche served as Chief Deputy Director of the Department of Economic Opportunity between 1990 to 1993 . Between 1989 and 1991, he was Assistant Division Chief of the Department of Housing and Community Development . Between 1986 and 1989, he was Vice President of Development for California Rural Business Ventures . From 1981 to 1986, he was a Partner in Micciche and Associates Development Group. Between 1980 to 1981, he served as a Special Consultant for the U. S. Community Services Administra- tion in Washington. From 1978 to 1980, he was Deputy Directot _ of the Housing and Economic Development of the Office of Economic Opportunity. Mr . Micciche received a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Northeastern University in 1966 . Mr . Flanigan of Sacramento and Philip B. Wallace of Stockton as members of the Boating and Waterways Commission. They replace William H. Taggart, Jack B. Alderson and David R. Munro, respectively. Their terms will end on January 15, 1995, January 15, 1996 and January 15, 1997, respectively. Compensation will be $100 per diem and necessary expenses. Jack Dorsee is the Owner of Jack Dorsee Sailboats, Inc. of San Diego, a position he has held since 1986 . Mr . Dorsee earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business from the Los Angeles Valley Junior College in 1958 . He is a member of the California Yacht Brokers Association and the Southern California Marine Association. Michael R. Flanigan is Director of Professional Regulation of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants in Sacramento, a position he has held since 1986 . Between 1984 and 1986, he was Assistant Chief of Public Affairs for the Bureau of Automotive Repair . From 1982 to 1983 , he was Campaign Coordinator for George Young & Associates in Los Angeles . From 1980 to 1982, he was Director of Government Relations for National Medical Enterprises in Los Angeles . Mr . Flanigan received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of California at Berkeley in 1973 and a Juris Doctorate in 1976 from the University of San Diego School of Law. Wallace is President of the Western Empire Investment Company of Stockton, a position he has held since 1964 . Since 1987 he has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pacific State Bank in Stockton. Mr . Wallace received an Associate of Arts degree in 1937 from San Mateo Community College. He attended Heald' s Engineering College and the University of Minnesota where he majored in Mechanical Engineering. He studied Business Administration at the University of Oregon. Mr . Wallace is a member of the Stockton Port Commission, California Marine Affairs and Navigation Conference and a member of the Board of Directors of the Stockton Central Parking District.
