Authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to sign letters requesting the Lamorinda Cities and the Contra Costa Transportation Authority to amend the cooperative agreement for the Lamorinda Action Plan to include participation of the County in the prepation of an Action Plan for State Route 24 and San Pablo Dam Road. 2 . Designate a member of the Board of Supervisors to represent the County on this committee. FISCAL IMPACT None to County funds. BACKGROUNDZREASONS FOR RECOMMENDATIONS The Lamorinda jurisdictions are preparing an action plan for the routes of regional significance within the Lamorinda area - Highway 24 and San Pablo. Dam Road. This study will be managed by the Project Management Committee, consisting of elected officials of the three cities,' which directed the preparation of the Lamorinda Traffic Study (LTS) . Unlike the ITS, however, the Action Plan will include a County facility, San Pablo Dam Road and a state highway that crosses unincorporated land.
