SUBJECT: EXERCISE .OF OPTION TO LEASE FOR HEALTH SERVICES DEPARTMENT
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATIONS)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
I. Recommended Action: EXERCISE the third option to extend the
Lease for the premises at 433.3 Pacheco Boulevard, Martinez,
for continued occupancy by the Health Services Department,
under the terms and conditions more particularly set forth in
said Lease.
II. Financial Impact: Payments required are to come from the
budget of the Health Services Department and are provided
primarily from revenues from the AB2185 Program, Hazardous
Materials Inventory.
III. Reasons for Recommendations/Background: Provide office space
as requested by the Hazardous Materials Division of Health
Services Department.
