Recommended Action: A. ACCEPT Grant of Easement dated December 22, 1992, from Finley-Tassajara Corporation. B. DIRECT the Real Property Division to have above-referenced Grant of Easement recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. II. Financial Impact: None. III. Reasons for Recommendations and Background Finley-Tassajara Corporation is donating to the County property rights necessary for the relocation of a utility pole as partOf the Camino Tassaiara road widening project. IV. Consequences of Negative Action: The project will not have sufficient land rights to allow construction in accordance with approved plans and specifications. Said strip of land is bounded on the south by the north right of way line of Camino Tassajara and bounded on the north by a line bearing south 77059'29" east through said terminus. Said strip of land contains an area of 50 square feet of land, more or less. Bearings and distances are based on the California Coordinate System Zone III (C.C.S. 27).
