THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF

Adopted this Order on January 12, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers, Smith, Bishop, McPeak, and Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Proposed Abatement of Real Property at 110 Jefferson Street, Pittsburg area
This being the time for hearing on the proposed abatement of real property at 110
Jefferson Street, Pittsburg area, and the Director of Building Inspection having advised the
Board that the owner has acquired a repair permit for the dwelling on this property, and that
he would therefore request a 60-day postponement on this item.
Good cause appearing therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the
aforesaid hearing is CONTINUED to March 16, 1993 at 11:00 a.m.
